I lost over 100lbs taking these. They provide the caffeine boost and I love the fact that they have green tea in them. They helped me round out my nutritional gaps. Only downside is that they taste REALLY bad and are best taken with food or else you'll be burping up that nasty flavor all day.

I love this vitamins, they are easily tolerated by the body, are well absorbed, in the morning there is more energy and weight is really lost

I'm probably not the best person to write a review on a multi-vitamin as normal energy boosters just don't do the trick for me! I do however, like the blend of this vitamin and of course it is a quality brand in GNC. I don't notice much energy boost in the am pill but after dinner when I take the 2nd one it does help me perk up a little and ready myself for a workout. For me personally there isn't anything in this blend that keeps me up when I take it around 6 or 7pm. I do however, seem to have a tolerance for stimulants like caffeine as a fair warning.I believe one reviewer hated on it due to soy (a minimal amount at that) being in the blend. Somehow this individual has convinced himself that soy for men will give him man teets and will destroy his manly insidey parts and wreck his testosterone. If you do the research there is as much info on how much BS this compared to his belief. Needless to say, I'm not worried about it as I'm somehow carrying on as a man and am "strong like bull" if you know what I mean. Hope it helps!

I've been using this for decades, I'm almost 60, and it helps me live a healthy energetic life. I have a physically demanding job, and I exercise regularly at the gym, and I never seem have problems with low energy or depression or weariness. I can definitely feel the difference if I forget and miss a dose.

I really notice an energy difference. I did not drink coffee on first day. Day two I had morning coffee and was a little wired I am only taking one pill per day by the way. I do drink soda too most days with caffeine but have stayed away for day 3 and 4 and feel pretty good. If you feel hyped up, perhaps you could do one pill a day? But I walk around 5 miles a day, so not sitting around all day. I suspect if you take these and drink coffee you'd be pretty stoked the first hour. At night no trouble sleeping. Pills smell odd, but not like death like some complain in my opinion. So far so good, I was taking 5 vitamins, now just this one, will save cash too.Update day 5: Decided to do 2 pills spaced 6 hours a part, and they were too much for me. Jittery, without any morning coffee too. Some have said they don't get this hyped at all, but I will not be able to take 2 in a day which is good for money saving. Not sure how effective the multi vitamin side will be with only 1/2 the dose, but 1 for energy is more than enough for me. Test it out and see.Update: almost done with the bottle. One pill a day, I am impressed with these. Went off them for 3 days when on vacation and on day 3 I did feel sluggish. Went back on and felt better.

So at the very least, this is a very good vitamin suppliment. In addition, it does give me energy without making me jittery. (I am on blood thinners that make me fatigued, but taking these helps me continue my exercise routines.)I have tried similar products with similar ingredients; GNC apparently has the right balance for me to boost my metabolism. I do lose significantly more weight with these than with any other product and of course, without. In reference to other reviews, some people seem to never have taken vitamins... they do have a strong yeasty vitamin flavor and smell, the b vitamins do produce bright urine and though, not small they are ok to swallow... all to be expected in a suppliment that contains so many vitamins. I would be wary of a vitamin product that did not have those traits.
