Beauty GO Women Halloween Costume Cosplay Mermaid Fancy Dress Skirt

First of all it took ages to arrive. When it did, the bottom frill is blue and the zip is so poor you can't use it. I will have to wear leggings under it as there is no lining at the waist and the fabric is very itchy. The skirt does fit as I bought a size up but is very short. Overall not what is shown in the picture

Ordered a medium to begin with as im normally a 10/12 arrived early which was great but when it came to trying it on i could get it passed my thighs. That's fine i no sizes can be abit weird ordering off line especially if they come from China.so re-ordered a xl 2 sizes up from wot i originally ordered. It again arrived early great but when it come to trying it on i managed to get it up passed my thighs but there was no way i could do the zip up at all. I dont see how some1 who is a size 10/12 in all other clothes cant fit into an xl skirt. That was the second skirt iv ordered and both just a pure waste of money
