Some nuts are very heavy on their added flavorings, but this is not the case here. The flavoring is quite bold, but it is only lightly coated. You will get a lot of nut and a little blue cheese- but you will definitely be able to taste the blue cheese. I find it delicious, but if you are looking for heavy flavoring, then you may not enjoy it as much as I do.

I got these because I like hatch chili flavor and I just wanted the one but they came in a two pack. I know there's flames on the front but I thought that meant fire roasted. I put a handful on my mouth and bit down and the heat hit me like a brick to the face. Be warned if you don't like spicy stuff this is pretty spicy. Hatch chilies come in mild and hot and these were the hot versions.

Quality almonds but they sure don't taste like Bleu Cheese.

Almonds were good but 2 of the containers were crushed in delivery.

Tasty flavors and good value for your money.

When I bought these almonds, I was hoping for a spicy, salty, tasty nut-based snack. However, these "Fire Roasted Hatch Chile" almonds proved a terrible disappointment. First, they have almost zero heat or green chile flavor (much less fire-roasted green chiles), plus the saltiness falls way short. Frankly, the mouthfeel is rough, almost coarse, and not pleasant. It's like each nut has been roughed up on the surface by sandpaper, which removed any flavor. Bottom line: avoid these and go with Blue Diamond Extremes -- preferably the Carolina Reaper flavor, which pack *true* flavor and heat.

The almonds were very fresh and high quality. However, I specifically spent extra money for the taste of maple. There is a small hint of maple but nothing like I expected. Dissatisfied and spent too much.
