Mosby's PDQ for Respiratory Care - Revised Reprint

I cannot say enough good things about this book. I am into my 2nd semester in my Respiratory Therapy program, and just by looking through I could already tell it was going to be super helpful. I bought 2, this one and the other big brand name notes pocket guide, and in my opinion this one does a much better job. I gives you explanations as well as the quick reference notes for review. The major difference is it lists the generic and brand name drug which is very helpful. It shows my EKG rythms, and also references the AARC which I noticed the ofher pocket guide didn't which is also very helpful since I have yet to take my boards. They were both great guides, but overall this one did a much better job for referencing. I will definetely be recommending this one tonmy class mates more than the other one.

Awesome book, all you need to know as a respiratory therapist is at your fingertips. Very well structured chapters, compact and detailed info on each topic, with images, graphics, tables, you name it... Only "downside" is that the spiral holding the pages together is a bit bulky, so it takes more space in a small pocket. However, my rating is still five stars! A must have book!

This is great little guide that is small enough to fit in your pocket. It has all the important formulas and definitions as well as medications and blood gas interpretations. I would definately recommend this to any respiratory professional

Great book for anyone in the respiratory field. I order this for my first semester it really help me.

I am an emt and about to start respiratory therapist classes... was told this be my best friend through out school and clinicals. So far it's a bit confusing but I haven't started classes yet. I do get a lot of what its saying because I'm an emt. Looking forward to mastering this book.

THis book comes in handy a lot!!! I love it....the price too. My bookstore wanted 47.00 for the same exact one. The only thing is I wish the type was alittle bit bigger and there was places to take notes on!

waiting for the newest version to be released but my wife loves it she says she uses it often and even some seasoned professionals in the respiratory care field swear by these
