DoubleUP's roller separation ranges from 0-11". That's large enough for ~33" circumference thighs, or people that weigh up to ~330lbs. Our male model is a former NFL player with very muscular quads. And you can check our social posts to see several bodybuilders that use the product.

Q: Is it possible to lock the rollers so I can do a tack-and-stretch type of move?

The quick-change rollers have a pair of ball bearings and are not designed to lock to prevent rotation. However, you can still do a pin-and-stretch technique by squeezing the handles to apply pressure to the target location, and then just hold them still while doing the desired stretch movement. In most cases the rollers will remain stationary (won't roll) for that specific technique.

Q: Can this be used to alleviate tension in your neck and shoulders?
