Delicious-tapioca turned out perfect,Thick and creamy!

We use this monthly to make slow cooked old fashioned tapioca. It's is always so good.

I have found that any product from Bob's Red Mill is good stuff. The tapioca does not need to be soaked. I use a quart of milk, a 1/2-cup of whipping cream, 1/2-cup tapioca, 1/2-cup sugar (rounded), pinch of salt, and one package of Vanillin. I simmer the mix about an hour, just under boiling, until the pearls start to float. I then stir in two eggs and cook on simmer until the eggs set. Cool and chill. An induction cooker works well here.

The product is good and works fine, but it was delivered with a tear in the bag so some of the pearls fell out during shipping :/

Pricier than some other brands online but you can taste the quality difference so worth it

This is exactly what I was looking for to make homemade tapioca pudding and for thickening pie filling. Will definitely buy again.

And other treats or dishes that you would add tapioca to. Cooks fast and easy. No funny smells. Clean pearls. Hard to take a picture of tapioca pudding, but I think you can see how nicely it stands out.

Only received ONE 24 oz package and NOT the four packages advertised. This is false advertising. Cannot return for refund as it is a grocery item. Do not buy this item you will not get what you pay for!

The product description says 4 packs would be included for the indicated price. We only received one pack… total scam
