Israeli honey is really the best there is, I just wish I could tell the difference between the different types of honey this company sells. Whatever your preference, Gideon Spring sells a really fresh delicious product.

I bought the wildflower honey, which was originally advertised as a honey that " comes from the Nazareth Hills and the Yisrael Valley..." When I received the product it turned out that it was a product of Argentina (see the picture) and Israel. This was confusing for me but Gideon Spring responded in a professional way changing the description of the product on Amazon and sending me their Starthisle blossom honey as a replacement with no cost.The starthisle blossom is very good honey. I would buy it a aging. Also, I am very pleased with the professional customer service that Gideon Spring provided.

I drink my tea with honey, two cups every day. Eucalyptus honey is incredibly unique in terms of flavor; I got hooked on it some years ago when it was readily available in local stores, but that brand seems to have disappeared. This is the third replacement I have tried, and so far the only one that stands on its own. Of the others, one was a ridiculously overpriced raw honey that had a wholly unsuitable flavor, and the other only works if mixed with another honey like clover or alfalfa, for some reason. But this one tastes just fine without any additives. It was also reasonably priced, which is hard to find these days. 5 stars.

It tastes of Wildflower honey it is so delicious and for the quality of the honey real honey it's worth the price. I highly recommended it. And I was thrilled that it came in a glass jar not plastic! That makes the quality even better

Gideon spring premium honey is exceptional. Had received it as gift in the past and really enjoyed its special flavor and consistency.Recently ordered more of it from Amazon for my own use.Great wholesome, natural product.

it has added sugar. i wish i saw that before i bought it. in the trash it went.

Truly excellent honey. It did arrived somewhat crystallized, but a few minutes in a pan of hot water took care of that. It's rich and flavorful without being overbearing, and it's creamy, spreadable, and DELICIOUS. I also get a bit of a thrill thinking of Biblical characters eating this very honey from Galilee. I'm getting some for my parents for that reason. Germany's Langnese creamy country honey remains my #1 favorite, but this is a very close second. Superb.
