I've used Norton for years. They try and charge you an outrageous price to renew it via them but it's much cheaper to buy on here. It's always a bit of a fiddle to find where to put the renewal code in on the Norton log in but I got there eventually. It is quite off-putting and frustrating although it went a bit smoother this time so maybe they've changed the process. It seems good software to me, it works well as far as I can see and it gives you VPN protection for when you're on others' WiFi as a guest.

this is a great product to buy (also comes with the options of how many devices you can get (l believe currently between1-20 devices ), and it is easy to download and install and once installed is easy to use for the cost this one i would recommend to buy all day long

Not difficult to install, but be prepared to silence the notifications if you only want to use the VPN feature and don't want it scanning everything. Do I need a CD drive? No, everything is downloaded directly from the internet using the code provided in the email. Does it slow down your computer? I haven't noticed any significant performance drops on my Windows laptop while running it. I'm old enough to remember the excellent Norton utilities, which mutated from a small, fast suite of MS DOS tools into a bloated, resource-hungry mess. Likewise, Norton Antivrirus was, not too long ago, a bit of a resource-hungry monster that could slow down a PC almost as much as the viruses it was supposed to be protecting you from. That, my friend is history. Norton 360 is excellent. Not only do you get first-class virus protection, you also get dark web monitoring to tell you if your personal details are being sold on the dark web, you get a fast VPN (I mean really fast, I've had VPN speeds of over 100mbps on my 200mbps Virgin broadband), cloud backup (just enough for Windows, but not enough for a load of installed games/software, so I don't use it.), a password manager, and parental controls. Frankly, it's worth the cost just for the VPN: 12 months fast VPN for 5 devices for £15? What sorcery is this?! (And yes, the Virus protection and VPN works on my Android phone and tablet). The downside? Installation is fairly simple, but unintuitive, and for the financially paranoid (like me) a bit harrowing. I don't like having to give my financial details to install software, but I found I did with Norton 360, even though I'd bought it from Amazon. Happily, it's easy to cancel the auto-renew, but it's a bit messy and Norton should do better. It's even messier if you're upgrading from an older version of Norton Security Deluxe, as it's not just a simple install, you have to completely clear off the old software and it's not intuitive or particularly quick. But for a fresh install, this is great! I was a died in the wool AVG user, but I'm on my third year of Norton now, (2nd year of Norton 360) and I'm loving it. Unreservedly recommended, but you may need a little tech support.

This product does not work on any computer. It is immediately blocked as soon as the Redemption Code is put in. In desperation, I have had to pay the Norton price of £39. I would like a refund please. For reference, I have FREQUENTLY used Norton Anti Virus products , NOT purchased from Norton. Also, I taught Information Technology for a Living and I am fully conversant with Computers.

All round protection vpn , password log, anti virus and firewall , I know Norton hot a lot of flak in the old days but they really improved a lot , very happy and i renewed 1) easy to use and understand 2) VPN works on phones and iPad without issue

Works well, really don’t like that it keeps trying to sell you additional “perks”. Once you’ve bought the product that should be it, but Norton loves popping up with extras, upgrades and add‑ons you don’t need. The actual protection is solid — installs easily, runs quietly in the background and doesn’t slow anything down. Versatility is good too, covering multiple devices and giving you the basics like password management and cloud backup without any hassle. For the price, it’s decent value — strong security, just let down by the constant push for more paid features. Genuine software.

Much cheaper to purchase on Amazon than on their website directly around 86% savings so it has great value for money and easy to download with simple instructions and is compatible for all my devices and the security is enterprise grade.
