Surprised my German family with how good these are. Take the time to do them right. They are delicious and always a favorite.

These were very good for pre-cooked packaged brats. Texture and flavor are spot-on and delicious. Not super juicy, but I never get that from pre-cooked ones, only fresh. Great for when you want something different than a dog and just want a good, quick, heat and eat.

These were delicious! Throw them in a skillet with a quarter cup of water and a little olive oil. By the time the water evaporates, they are warmed up. Crisp and they are ready to eat. They didn't quite fit into the brioche hot dog bun (WF brand) but I made do. I think they'd be great with caramelized onions, but didn't take the time to try. I'll be buying again for sure.

Favorite brats for sure!!! They taste perfect with Kraut, good seed filled Mustard, pretzel rolls for sausages and horseradish! Yummy. Perfect for the day after a holiday with a ham and peanut soup
