PROBLEM FIXED - You need connect USB stick included to USB port , ONLY in this way possible to pair motor !!!! I,m confused and disappointed , after 2 days of assembly , the motor didnt connect to any application and led never blink , i press 3 times quick button on motor , press long press different ways , its never start pairing , LAN hole is to small for cat cable to connect internet cable i no understand what should i do? I,m disappointed a lot!

The media could not be loaded. A very complete and solid kit, but some degree of careful interpretation of the instructions is required as they have been translated from Chinese using Google.There are a few bits that are not obvious: (a) it comes with a 1m Asian plug and international tourist adapter. I cut the plug off and wired into a fused spur, or you might want to buy a 3m clover leaf cable from Amazon.(b) the plastic runners that hold the drive wheels need to go clip side down otherwise they will squeak. Some PFTE lubricant spray also helps, but the whole thing is really quite quiet anyway.(c) if using the wall mounts you'll want much bigger screws and plugs, the mounts go large flange downwards, and the rail mounts go plastic clip outwards.(d) the remotes (there are two) come pre-registered. To change motor direction you press OPEN and CLOSE at once (not OPEN and STOP as printed)(e) download the Android/iOS software (Smart Life is the more capable version of Guys) and choose 'add device' before plugging the USB stick into the motor, as the stick immediately goes into binding mode. The software then finds the stick and links it to your WIFI.Better documentation would explain all this, but the actual kit itself seems good quality and rugged, and operates very smoothly.

Instructions for putting together the rail itself are just a collection of random English words in a random order. However, the product is well made and fits together beautifully after a lot of thinking and practising.That's when things get difficult. The instructions for setting up the remotes seem better but by the time it's too late you realise that a couple of steps are missing. ie. It doesn't say how to get the close function work on the close button. I set up both remotes and got both backwards (not a disaster but annoying).Finally, to get Alexa controlling things. Here the manual is quite out of sync with reality. Pictures of the phone app. Don't match what I got. I tried a version on the Internet but that was the same but all the app. Images are in Chinese. (Olide make the mechanical bits, Tuya is a Chinese company that integrate WiFi control with other peoples products.) I finally gave up on voice control even though I have successfully installed it on a number of items in my home.

The instructions that come with the track are terrible, you tube video enabled us to put it together but as for pairing the motor to get it on the network, forget it! Impossible to put the motor into pairing mode, no instructions anywhere, no response from tuya, useless piece of rubbish, sadly it was a present so I can’t send it back as too much time has gone by, the disabled person this was bought for is gutted!

excellent product when fully set up.instructions not clear at all and so it is best to YouTube a video tutorial.takes around 2 hours to set up.there is very little information around troubleshooting (press reset button 3 times quickly to scan for WiFi)if the blinds are working in opposite direction, press the middle button in the app to change direction of blindworks great, silent motion.

I've become an enthusiast for 'smart' curtain tracks. This is the third I've bought, but the first time from this supplier. There are actually several suppliers of the same very clever track system, and I noticed that Olide was selling it a bit cheaper. It is ALMOST the same package, and comes with equally awful instructions (but you can find videos on YouTube that will show you better). However, on this Olide version the wifi component that enables Alexa etc is not integral to the motor unit. Instead it comes on a chunky USB stick that fits to the base of the engine. Suggests to me that this is an earlier version of the kit. It doesn't really matter - it works perfectly well - but it feels a bit clunky, and potentially vulnerable to knocks. The stick also has a blue light that's bright enough to be annoying in a darkened bedroom. It can be covered, but even so . . . I guess you pays yer money and makes yer choice.
