Reliable, Smooth, and Truly Erasable
The PILOT FriXion Clicker Erasable Pens work exactly as expected. The gel ink writes smoothly, dries quickly, and the fine 0.7 mm tip gives clean, precise lines. What I appreciate most is how well the erasing feature works. it removes the ink cleanly without smudging or damaging the paper. They’re comfortable to hold, the clicker design is convenient, and the fact that they’re refillable makes them a great long‑term option. Perfect for notes, planners, or anyone who likes the freedom to correct mistakes without messy cross outs. Overall, a dependable and practical pen set that delivers on its promise.

Good pen for a good price
My Mom loves these pens. As she is in school she loves how smooth the ink is, but doesnt smudge. She loves that it truly does erase of you make a mistake. I'd recommend for anyone that needs good quality pens for a good price. P.S. Mom says her only complaint is that the ink doesnt last long, but she did fill an entire 5 subject notebook with notes.

My favorite pen for everything
I have been using these pens for several years now. At this point they are the pens I use most often and that's saying a lot because I have a fairly extensive pen collection with pens ranging in price from ten cents to a couple of hundred dollars. The ink in these Pilot friXions goes on smooth. It rarely skips or clumps. But if it does clump I can just erase and go at it again. The erasing is thorough and clean. The only hint you'll get that something was erased is when you've used thick paper and the pen has left a slight physical impression. Other than that the ink usually erases cleaner than the average pencil does. And I use the pen for design ideas which means I erase often :) I find the pen itself to be very comfortable to write with. The contoured rubbery grip is a bonus. BOTTOM LINE: a great pen with smooth ink flow that erases cleanly. It's comfortable to use and reasonably priced. I can't imagine anyone this wouldn't be perfect for (except folks signing legal documents)

works well
I sought these out because my son's school required them for classes. I was suspicious because of the erasable pens from my youth. . . . however, these work better than expected and they come in multiple colors. The ink color is solid, the pends write well, and the erasability is good. What more could you want?

Love These for My Planner — But Ink Sometimes Pools
I really love these PILOT FriXion Clicker Erasable Pens! They write smoothly, erase cleanly, and are perfect for my planner since I can make changes without messy cross-outs. The fine point gives neat lines, and the clicker style is super convenient. My only small complaint is that the ink sometimes pools a bit, especially if I write slowly or on glossy paper. Still, they’re my go-to pens — I just keep blotting paper nearby. Overall, a great product for anyone who likes tidy, flexible note-taking!

Better than a pencil
I LOVE these. I used to use pencils, but my autistic daughter couldn't stand the sound so I tried these. I love them. They erase well, they write smoothly and leave a nice dark line. They do need refills, but they have them for sale.

My favorite
These are my favorite pens. I’ve never really enjoyed writing with a pen because I love the way pencils write and they are erasable but these pens feel almost like writing with a mechanical pencil. The ink erases perfectly. I write a lot at work so my only complaint is the ink does skip sometimes and I feel like they run out of ink pretty fast compared to a regular ink pen.

Unique erasing quality makes it perfect for my woodworking
Unique erasing quality makes it perfect for my woodworking since it is HEAT, not a physical eraser, that causes the ink to disappear

I bought this pen because its ink was erasable. But now I use it always because its writing quality is superb.

Ink drys fast and there is very minimal stain when ink is erased (think slight oil stain type of discoloration). Ink does not come out too quickly, which was an issue with my last erasable, and it is pretty consistent. Would recommend for students taking quick notes EDIT: After a few months of fairly consistent use these pens are still kicking! A previous reviewer said that it ran out in a few days of note taking, but I really don't see how that is possible. I checked and mine are all over half way full.... given that I take notes in class for around 10 hours a week, this seems to be pretty on par with normal pens. I would also HIGHLY recommend these for written tests. If you have to write in pen these will save you big time! I just wrote a 3 hour exam yesterday and these saved me from having to cross out or white out any of my work. It made it look much more presentable and was much quicker. One thing to note is that the grip can be a bit of a pressure point for people who hold their pens a bit lower than most. After 3 hours of vigorously writing it started to hurt a bit. Not to the point of needing to stop mind you, but enough that it would have been uncomfortable to write for another hour. If they can smooth this edge out it would be and easy 5 stars! For the price though, I'd suggest giving it a shot and seeing how comfortable you find them.

I found that the fine point was almost too fine that it was slicing the paper as I wrote with it maybe purchase a wider point in future! UPDATE: January 2024. After using these pens for a few months I have to say they have become a favourite now, they have a nice flow and you can be more precise when using, I will definetly be ordering more in the future!
