Worth trying, but not a success
This didn't help me at all. There are two tracks; the first is the guided meditation, the second is 'relaxing music'. Both are about half an hour long. The CD suggests that the more you listen to the meditation, the better it works. Not what I found.My problem isn't going to sleep, it's getting back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night. I found the guided meditation mildly irritating after a few minutes, and the music very irritating from the start, so neither of them worked for me.
