Easy to clean, very flexible for scraping just not that great for my hands and uses.

These have worked great and have held up for 2 years and hundreds of bread loaves and pizzas. I've tried the more flexible types of scrapers but find these stiffer ones superior at getting sticky dough off the sides of a bowl with less work. They still have just enough flex to fit different bowl shapes, but enough stiffness to make a clean pickup of the dough. Only downside is the stiffness means eventually the scrappers start to crack. Not that these aren't sturdy. It was a lot of scrapping of big heavy batches over a couple of years before that happened, but they're cheap to replace. The softer scrappers I have don't work as well, require much more arm strength, and thus sit in the drawer.

I’m actually using this to scrape the ice cream the freezes in my cuisinart freezer bowl. It’s perfectly flexible to get the bottom and sides and it doesn’t scratch the interior. It’s perfect for this and would order again.
