that's the part number for the head harness itself they go on a 6000 series 3m respirator

Is this a package of 5?

I may be corrected, as I acquired this item with the full face mask kit, but it is my belief that this is for a single head harness replacement. If they didn't break so easily, Id say that ~$25 would be a fair price for a single one.

will this fit the 3M 7162 respirator

Hi David, I'm fairly certain that it will. 3M part numbers can be confusing. I believe that 7162 refers to a 7000 series model respirator that was packaged with certain filters. I'm pretty sure that when I bought my 3M full face respirator, it had this same product number and the 6897 head harness I purchased, did fit.
