Don't waste your money

This is pure junk. Motor runs slowly, batteries die soon, and after a few uses, the blade dulls and no longer cuts.

I have been using my setter opener for over a month and I love it. No more torn envelopes and messy mail. I love it.

Not worth it

I bought this for my grandma and it is not very easy to use and does not work well. You are better off using a knife or manual letter opener for opening mail.
