It works as described! My battery lasts more than a hour now.Replacing that battery is a whole other story. Do some homework and get ready for the swollen battery removal.

I bought this for my JBL Flip 4. Battery fit and was easy to install. I like that it came with the tools needed. I’ve only had it for a few weeks and so far it’s working great. It saved me from buying a new speaker.

So far so good on battery life. We'll see. It's only been a day but it's already lasting hours when the old one used to die one hour after a full charge.We pretty much experienced every problem that other reviewers did with this battery replacement. This is not a reflection on the product - it's just a pain to get the old one out! I nearly stripped the screws trying to get the end caps off, the battery was so swollen it was nearly impossible to remove. We used need nosed pliers and practically destroyed the old battery. Removing the plastic battery cap twist-off thing was not easy. I consider myself pretty handy and this was still a challenge. But overall a good purchase and I would recommend this product!

My original battery barely held a charge, so I decided to get this replacement instead of buying a whole new speaker. Installation was pretty straight forward by following instructions that I found on YouTube, but I struggled a bit to remove the old battery because it had expanded. Best option is to push it out with the eraser end of a pencil, not pull. New battery is perfect though; takes many hours to run down and does what it's supposed to do.

Could not get swollen old battery out of my JBL 4 speaker so I modified and placed battery outside the speaker. Everything works. Cheaper than getting new speaker.

In case you have to return it, they give you so much work so I will not work. I don’t I will not purchase this. Never returned my money back.

It fits well and is easy to replace. The battery life degrades quickly. I use my speaker in my office daily. Only took about three or four months before it doesn’t hold a charge more than a day. Also, even with the foam insulation my speaker now vibrates where it moves around. Nearly fell on my head. Head injuries, not good. Still cheaper than a new speaker I guess.
