Protects week against wet and wind. The only issue is that it does tend to slide down at the waist, especially in the back. The rope is not helpful as tightening too much would lead to circulation blockage..

Sizing is off
Hi, I bought a pair of these which I am having to return because the size that was shipped to me apparently follows EU sizing as opposed to US sizing. I ordered a Medium and got a US size Small (EU size Medium) which is a problem. I would consider ordering these again but need to know that this won't happen again when shipping these tights.Also want to confirm that a US size Medium is OK for normal pants size 32-33. Best.
