Noctua Quiet As Night..
The NF-A12x14 PWM Chromax Silent Fans by Noctua are indeed amazing pieces of silent engineering and worthwhile upgrades for custom rig builds.▪Construction and Features 10/10The construction is a composite of PBS plastic with metal bearings and silicone reduction pads. The fans are very light and the construction is sound, No part of this product feels cheap. The set comes is with silicone reduction pads come in six colours to tailor to your custom rig theme and are easily and securely fixed when attached. Additionally the 4-Pin connector cable is very sturdy and comes with a sheathed extender cable which is also very sturdy yet flexible.•Functionality and Performance 10/10When installed these fans are near silent at default speeds. Audibly there is no strain and when benchmarked with decent temperature and airflow.10/10Though the fans in my old setup were not exactly loud fans, These Chromax fans are like ninjas in comparison. The decibels are still low at medium and performance settings and given that my rig is on top of the desk next to my monitor the silence is much appreciated. The price is definitely indicative of the quality and performance of these fans and well work the price of admission.

Expensive but worth it
These fans are amazing. I bought 2 for use in my small form factor case. They're being used as intake fans and I've set them at a constant 50% fan speed. According to my software 50% is 1100rpm and at that speed they shift a lot of air while producing no noise. I'm sitting about 1 metre away from the case and can't hear them. Above 50% and they are slightly audible but they move enough air at 50% so I prefer to just lock them at that speed. Having the colour options for the anti-vibration pads is nice. Allows you to match it to a particular colour theme you might have going on already.

Typical noctua good quality
I’m running a powerful gaming rig using mainly these and two other noctua fans, barley can hear and everything runs cool. If you want top performance buy noctua

Perfect for Mini ATX builds
I needed some thin fans for under my GPU - these are super! they are expensive but far better quality than the majority of other fans on the market. I really appreciate the rubber corner design, as these help eliminate and vibrations and noise from the fans.I am slowly changing all the fans in my case to this model as they perform so well and run very quiet.

Does the job, just about
Bought this to stop my stacked hard drives from overheating due to the heat transfer from the bottom one to the one above etc of which I have 4. However the furing at the front of the case doesn't allow enough space for a 25mm fan so I got a 12mm one instead.Installation:I cheated on the installation by using velcro in the centre and corners because to screw it in place I would have had to remove all four hard drives, the drive case extension to get the fan in place .... forget that!!! and as it happens was a good choice anyway due to the poor design of the furing and screw holes. However, it would not have been difficult to fit on the average case.Performance:The fan just about creates enough airflow to keep the temperature of the HD at the top of the stack acceptable maxing at 46C whereas before it was getting to 80C. Also the fan is pretty quiet too so on the whole I'm happy.

Perfect for my ITX case
I used this as my bottom fan in my IQUNIX itx case and it fits really well, I managed good clearance with this slim fan. It's quiet and feels really sturdy.
