Q: What is meant by “Uncarded” and “Carded”

I think it’s because it’s not attached to a card you sometimes see when hanging on the store shelves.

Q: Would this product remain effective to use if diluted with about 50% water and a few drops of essential oil?

I'm from a pacific island that requires 100% mosquito repellent for outdoors, hiking, fishing and hunting. I have not found anything better as Ben's Deet to keep mosquito's away. As for Diluting what's already mixed in for 100% is for someone's idea to experiment. I would not recommend mixing this repellent with something else. It works really well for me even thru heavy sweating during a hike.

Q: Does this have an odor?

To me, the odor is so little as to be almost undetectable, but I don't have an especially sensitive nose.
