This is the missing ingredient for your tofu scramble!
This salt tastes and smells just like eggs! (if you like that kind of thing) I stopped eating eggs a while ago, so now It's great because I can still have a nice hearty breakfast without stinking up the kitchen with actual egg smell, which I'll admit can be a little gross.I've added it to a tofu scramble and chickpea "egg" salad and it's unreal how much it smells and tastes like eggs. A little goes a long way so start light and add as needed.

Black salt
It has a very different flavor to it. Stronger.I wasn’t happy that the lid was not on tight. Lost over 1/3rd of it on the very first use.

It smells too bad to use. Sulfar
This is not black salt. It comes out light and it smells like rotten eggs. If you can get past the awful smell to taste it does not taste awful, but the whole kitchen smelled. Wish I could return it, please beware and do not buy.

Great flavor, nice size
Delicious! I bought this for my vegan “egg” dishes like chickpea “egg” salad and vegan egg substitute. Taste and smells like eggs, weird and amazing! And it’s a huge bottle it will last forever, don’t need too much... it is actually SALT

It's supposed to taste like sulfur - great for making vegan scrambled tofu or egg salad
Lots of complaints about the sulfur taste of black salt. It's supposed to taste like that. Don't buy this as a regular salt replacement like pink salt or sea salt. It shouldn't be used like that. It's much better as a flavoring of it's own to give things an eggy taste. You only need a little bit, just to give whatever you're cooking a little egg flavor.I made a vegan egg salad with it and I almost couldn't tell it wasn't actual egg salad - and I'm not even vegan. Great for scrambled egg style tofu as well.
