hello,I mix water and powder in a microwavable glass bowl and cook until the egg mixture starts to solidify.(about 30 seconds) depending on how much egg powder is in the bowl. Add a tsp of butter using a fork and mix into the egg. return to microwave and cook.observe the mixture becoming more lumpy and stir again. return to microwave if necessary but don,t let it dry out. when cooking completed you can add more butter and pepper/salt as required. That's why you get the ellipsis between "Premium" and "irradiated, Vegetarian". If you don't pay attention, this unfortunate labelling gives the impression that the eggs are irradiated.
