As soon as I opened the packet I got that lovely ginger aroma and first taste a strong ginger taste. Have used it in overnight oats,smoothies and tea just be careful you don’t overdo it as it is very powerful. Next try out will be a lemon and ginger loaf cake my mouth is watering thinking about it. Give it a try if you love ginger you will love this. Great value for money I got the 1kg pack very pleased I did .
