Not enough thread with pack
This was a nice easy cross stitch, but they don't give you enough thread to conplete it. 2 colours I had loads left & 3 colours I ran out of & had to buy more. I emailed DMC, to ask if they could send me some as I only had 1 flower & 1 leaf left to do, but they didn't even bother replying to me. Don't think I'll be doing anymore DMC kits in a hurry if that's the customer service!!

No chart for personalisation, therefore leaving it pretty useless, but can adapt it according to mum
Bit disappointed with this kit, cos it came without a chart for the alphabet and no’s for the date.... my mum says I can always adapt it to my own, but it won’t be the same I feel....Wish I could send a photo, but don’t have it here to take it, would return it but she got rid of the main bits.... and as they are now in the bin, don’t think I can.Ok think that’s about it.
