It’s three separate one sided brushes. Firm, medium and soft bristles. The picture is wrong. Nice brushes though.

How similar are these to the Reshoev8r 3 piece brush set? Are they similar in soft/medium/stiff textures?

They are extremely similar and may even be of better quality. The white brush is the stiff brush, the light brown brush is the medium brush, and the dark brown brush is the soft brush.
