I have just purchased this because I am having trouble with tight muscles in my neck, shoulder and upper arm. It is fine for massaging my arm and the side of my neck. However I do need to get my husband to do the back of my shoulder and neck. It does seem to work better than some of my other manual massage tools.

I get some horrible knots in my back and this product is perfect for this - also excellent for restless legs! Now I can sleep at night with my muscles relaxed and at ease. Also, the fact that this is made out of wood makes it so much more durable (especially without relying on electrics). I am so glad this has entered my daily routine!

It helps with my muscle knots. It is sturdy and of good quality.

Adore this product it is beautifully made from natural wood and is exceptional quality. Really easy to use and hold. I use it daily for a few minutes relaxation and wellbeing, can be used on multiple areas of the body such as back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs. Would highly recommend and would also make a lovely gift.
