Direct replacement for my 1993 Mustang LX. My original Ford switch was starting to separate. Works great. Included are pictures of old and new switch. The original had about 1/16 of an inch play between the metal and the plastic part of the switch. Causing occasional failure of the fuel pump priming and the chime inside the car would sound like it had a short. Car starts right up and no more slurred chime sound. Left is new right is old notice the gap
