Product incompatible and poor returns process.
This arrived a month ago and it quickly became obvious on inspection that it was from the States and incompatible with UK sockets. The box was slightly battered too.I duly filled in return label, repackaged and sent back via Amazon Hub at local Post Office.Yesterday I received a Royal Mail request to pay a £7 charge on a parcel that had no postage on it, which I did. The parcel in question turns out to be the one I sent over two weeks ago, returned to me !!I've now paid over £32 for a product that I can't use, that was not advertised as coming from USA,and that Amazon Hub has clearly not returned to sender!
