Will this work with the 2.4G RF remote?

This is an IR remote it will not work as an RF remote

Hola puedo usar el alexa que viene con el amazon fire steak?

No, solo sirve para encender o apagar los dispositivos !

Will this allow me to set my stereo to a particular station, or my ir fan to a particular speed, from google home? or can it only turn them on/off?

The one thing that you need to keep in mind is that for this item to work--your device must first have a remote. More simply put--no remote, this device won't work. Therefore--if your stereo has a remote--this device will work, although some of the functions will be limited. (especially using google home)

Can the app work with custom Alexa commands (e.g. "Alexa, bed time" lowers the shades and turns on raim sounds)?

Hello, you can set the conditions through the "smart" function in smart life, then you can control by voice
