Must have device
After 03 months of use have found this device a must. Uninterrupted power with out you getting to know. Used for 4 hrs in back up, No issues. Still did not die. Compatible with all 12V modems and devices with 2A Very easy to install. Comes with wire adaptors

Good product with excellent customer service
Excellent product performance and customer service. After using in excessive hot climate during summer in Chennai, my unit failed. On contacting service they arranged a replacement and took back the non-functioning unit for root cause analysis. The replacement unit has been working without any hassles. I get more than 4 to 5 hours of backup for Tplink Gigabit router.

0 glitch in power cuts
I am having it at home for more than 3 years now and it's worth every rupee. Needed another for work so ordered again!! It stopped working in 2 months so customer support replaced it with a brand new device. Top notch quality product. Highly recommended!!

Perfect
Running perfectly ... It's been more than one year... Runs without a single millisecond delay or cut... I didn't encounter a noticable decrease in battery backup... If you are here , don't overthink just buy it !

Buy this for a stress free experience
I usually don’t write reviews ever on Amazon, but this time I felt compelled to. I bought this because I read such amazing reviews of cuzor mini ups on Reddit. It worked fine for around 10 days until it stopped working. However once I reported it to cuzor customer care, they immediately replaced it without any delays. I got a replacement the very next day of the complaint. Even after the replacement, they followed up to check if I’m satisfied with the product. I must say that this has been one of the best customer care interactions in my life. Would definitely recommend this.

Good items
It looks solid and sturdy and is suitable for AirFiber as well. I am getting around 1.5 hours of backup time, and overall, it is a good product.
