I really liked the product. After sales services are excellent. I have been using this power bank for my wifi router since Covid time. Performance wise it very useful, durable and reliable as well. Compatible with all WiFi routers. Battery life is also good as it worked for more than 5 years, then I got the battery replaced via manufacturer only on a very nominal price through battery replacement scheme. On top of it, it’s Indian brand so I admire it most. Highly recommended Indian powerbank for wifi routers.

I’m writing this after more than a year of purchase. The device still has good backup. I do not know the full capacity, but it has kept my router going during a 2 hr power outage. I wanted to highlight the service of this brand. I recently shifted to an Airtel connection, the router pin was of a different size than the ups pin. I contacted Cuzor, to check of i can purchase the cable with airtel pin. They just took my address and sent me the new cable. No fuss. No additional processes. I got the new cable the same week via blue dart. The customer service is very good.

Great device...worked great for more than 2 years. Later the battery started to degrade, which is expected. The battery replacement process and pricing was excellent as they offered better discounts for a new device too.. Would highly recommend it for the price and service provided..

Was hesitant to order after having read reviews that it didn't work (zero lag switch during power failure) and also stops working after 6 months etc. So far in my experience 1) It works zero lag switch to battery as expected during power loss 2) Very easy to install less than 2 min 3) The cable provided could have been little longer (30cm more) as it was little struggle to plug in WiFi wall stand. 4) Hope it works for long enough until battery replace time.

First purchased product stopped working..upon raising a service compliant, I received a new product replacing old one, therefore I'm satisfied and giving 4 star rating. If the replaced new product also fails working, then there is something wrong with the product. Buy at your own risk.
