Anyone else having trouble mixing it? using shaker bottle and after awhile poweder settles at bottom. keep having to reshake. using cold water. help!

I pour- half way up a mug with cold water, then add the scoop and I use a small whisk as I add the rest of the water. I keep the whisk in the drink as I keep it in the refrigerator drinking it as the morning progresses...works great.
