Our old trekking poles would not fit in our new suitcases. These poles were easily disassembled and reassembled for packing and use. They nicely fit in my backpack. They were definitely sturdy and of good quality—great value at this price.

I've used these trekking poles twice when doing Rim to Rim across the Grand Canyon and they worked flawlessly. They are super light, but support a lot of weight. I'm about 270 lbs and never felt like these would collapse when leaned on or bend and break. I also loved how easily they could be folded up and stored away. Lots of color options made it so my wife could get the color she liked as well. If you're gaining a lot of elevation and doing a lot of steps, these are a godsend on the knees and other muscles, allowing you to assist your legs with your upper body.

I bought these so they world be smaller for packing in a backpack or carry-on suitcase. Very easy to assemble. Comfortable to use. My only issue is that on my first hike, the rubber foot came off one pole and we never found it. My second hike the other one came off - we did find it on our way back. I've had to buy replacement feet after only two hikes. My son has the same poles, ordered at the same time, and his stayed on. I've used other poles for years and never had one come off before.

What do you get someone that has everything? Or doesn’t want anything for their birthday? THESE! My husband has been talking about how expensive walking sticks were at Costco and he even fashioned two tree limbs to use as walking sticks while trekking on his daily walks🙂. I surprised him with these and he was thrilled! They are so convenient because they are lightweight yet strong and they can adjust to any height. They are collapsible so they travel well and are not “in the way!” Great value!

These are very sturdy and comfortable and weight is not an issue. Well made and very easy to initially set up, good directions. Foldable and small carry not a strong consideration for a couple 80 yr. olds for neighborhood and woodland walks. We'll leave them set up and ready to go.What we appreciate the most is an improvement in walking speed, improved physical posture, stability and the willingness to get out and about quite often. Arthritis and joint replacement has taken it's toll over the yearsYes we highly recommend these and they won't break the bank. Reclaiming our life again.

Other trekking poles I bought on Amazon, the plastic latch broke, so I was looking for new ones. I bought these for backpacking. I tested them out on the trail today. These are so much better. Why?1. They feel sturdier/more substantial.2. They collapse to a size that fits in a carry-on.3. They only have one latch per pole and it’s metal.4. The system is such that when you collapse them and then set them up again, they are already dialed in to the same length as where you set them before.5. Easy setup and take down.Are they worth the money? Absolutely.
