I recently wanted to move my desk. It's made of all wood bought in the late 1980's. So its heavy. I was excited to use my new fangle furniture lifter. when I felt the handle in my hand I realized it could bend if forced to lift something too heavy. So I decided to remove the two file drawers on each side and the two drawers above the file drawers. It was lighter but still heavy. it was difficult to slide the short flat lip under the desk. after It was under, the lip was too short and I could feel that the handle would bend if I continued to force it under the desk. so that didn't work AT ALL. So where does the heavy duty lifter come in at. I didn't inquire about the weight capacity or limit before purchase, so that was a mistake of mine. its a pretty little thing, I hope I can find A use for it eventually.

I got this item to help me move a fairly heavy filing cabinet from one room to another. The floors are level hardwood and this item is pretty much exactly what I thought would work best. However, the little jack is too short and presents an angle too steep to actually stay under the edge of the cabinet. No big deal in this case because I could just tip it. Sadly, the little roller things are useless too. The black bit on the top, which needs to be rubber or something to actually hold on to the furniture piece are just colored. They are the same hard plastic as the rest. Because the rollers are fixed to hard axles, they don't have any aligning capabilities. To work correctly, you would have to get all four of the wheeled pieces positioned such that they were perfectly aligned. Any variation causes that roller to go off it its own direction - usually right out from under the furniture because the hard plastic doesn't grip it at all. I can't give it a zero stars review, but that is all it deserves.

Unable to use the tool to lift the rerigerater. It slips. Useless.

Update I changed it to 4 stars from 2 not because of the product (It still sucks) but for the customer service. The company that sells it reached out to me and offered a 100% refund. They didn’t have to do that but they did. Great customer service. Where to start. The lifting tool did not work because the piece of furniture I was trying to move kept slipping off the tool Before I could put the rollers underneath it. Once I finally got all four rollers underneath without the lifting tool they would not roll as the table would fall off the rollers. Ended up not evening using them.

Does not work as advertised. Was unable to lift anything, kept slipping off. Worst gadget I ever ordered.

I bought this unit to lift up my refrigerator so I could slip the rollers underneath. I was only able to lift the front of the refrigerator. The rollers do not work. They do not stay in place. They do not roll. They simply do not work. The lifter tool was not strong enough to lift the back of the refrigerator all all. It just slips off every time you try to lift it. So in other words this purchase was a waste of money. Unless you plan to use it with light weight furniture. PS: After reading my critical review of this product. The seller contacted me and offered a full refund due to my dissatisfaction. So apparently their customer service is of a much higher quality than their product. Perhaps they simply shouldn't market this product for lifting anything as heavy as a standard size apartment refrigerator. But their customer service in my case was excellent.

Haven't used it yet, but it looks like a quality product.

It's a very useful item for lifting/shifting heavy item from one place to another place.

Very low quality and does not hold weight mentioned in the description. Box states 100KG but label states 150KG, and in reality wouldnt trust it to hold 50KG
