You might have guessed....'regulations'. Honey purchased from a store has to have a best before date. If you purchase direct from the honey producer, in the UK, the date is not needed. Please don't ask me why this should be, you can come to your own conclusions! Honey, raw, unadulterated honey of course, should last forever - but who has been around that long to prove it?!!

Q: Last time I bought this and it’s crystallised can you please let me know they are not and they look like as you described in the pictures please

Hi thanks for asking this is a nice honey I’m using at the moment and it’s nice a smooth sometimes I’ve had it crystallised when purchased this is not a problem just put jar with lid on in a container with warm water until it returns to its natural form . I think it crystallises when it is stored in a cold environment hope this helps thanks and good luck
