I like this eyeliner. Once it dries, I do not have problems with it smudging. Be sure to make any corrections before it dries. It does last all day. My eyes tend to water and it still stays on. I have sensitive eyes and this liner does not bother them. I also like the point on this eyeliner as I like doing very close to the upper lashes and it is easy to apply

I purchased this elf H2O proof eyeliner, pen, and black. I’m very pleased with the application and how it holds up. It does wash off nicely with some gentle face soap. It does not crack or flake. The key to using these liquid eyeliners is to gently press it along the eyeliner, not dragging it. Just press press press. There’s a lot of great tutorials on specifically by Erica Taylor that shows exactly how to do this. She is the guru and truly an amazing makeup artist. She originally suggested this product to me. I’ve been purchasing it now for years. I couldn’t be happier.

I was previously using the Ulta brand eyeliner, but found this and decided to try it given it is much less expensive. Application and wear are equivalent, so I'm happy. The only difference I notice is that it is harder to get this liner off at the end of the day which can be annoying

I like E.L.F. products! I am finding them to be superior to other, more expensive brands. I was previously using another store brand (one of the more expensive ones) and it was flaking off during the day. This liner stays put. It isn't sticky. It is easy to apply. You can make your liner as thin or thick as you like. I prefer mine thin, so I don't like a bunch of liner coming out of the felt tip all at once. The color IS black! Which I prefer! The liner does not irritate my eyes (as other have). I am very pleased with this brand and with their products!

Like this so much for durability, control and consistant liquid. The stay power is better than most. I sent one to someone as a gift, as well.

This eyeliner is VERY pigmented--it is literally one of the blackest blacks I own. It doesn't dry too shiny like some brands, but it is also not fully matte either which I LOVE. It doesn't dry out the eyes or make them itchy, which is an issue I have with A LOT of eyeliners. It stays on all day, withstanding sweat (I am a Chef, so I wore this ALL day in a HOT kitchen and it did not budge one bit in my 8hr shifts) The ONLY issue I do have is getting the lines to a point, I like my wings to look like they could be used as a weapon, so for my wingtips I go in with a gel liner since the felt tip on this just cannot get as thin as I want. I can say be careful as it is drying on your lid if you have hooded eyes to avoid that awful eyeliner smudge just after applying. Hard to remove without Micellar water. Love this eyeliner so far.

This is such a good long-lasting felt liner for an amazing price - but it has one big flaw! The liquid bubbles up where the brush connects to the tube and it sometimes DRIPS onto your cheek when you are applying or you get it on your finger while you’re holding the tube. The drip is hard to remove from your skin and is such a pain. If it didn’t have that one flaw, it would be lovely. It’s easy to correct mistakes when you’re using the brush because it has a good flow and you can get a really thin or thick line depending on how hard you press. I love a super thin wing and this works for that. It lasts all day with no smudging even for hooded eyes. If only it didn’t drip!!

Have tried many so-called non smudge eye liners but they never live up to the promise. This is the only one by far that is TRULY non-smudge! Love it!
