How does it attach? Double sided tape?

It slides over the case no tape fits pretty good.

Does the Yellow case match the Yellow headphones?

No it does not and my husband had this case for 2 or 3 weeks and the plastic edge has already broken and the case is useless.

What is the actual color of the light green case? It looks more teal than light green.

Does it have some slip resistance on surfaces? I’m trying to find something that does slip off every hard surface.

It is very smooth. So I would not say it has slip resistant surfaces.
