This actually works!! Just like the devices in the med spa. Just zap the pimples and they usually come to a head faster or dry up.

I bought one to replace a similar device I've had for years. I was initially happy as this one is stronger, but after one week it is dying. Most of the time doesn't work at all, at other times it will work and then cut out and then work again.Before my negative review posted, I contacted the seller and he quickly sent another. When it worked this device was strong, hopefully the replacement lasts a long time

I purchased this a long while back, and just opened it today. (12/18/24) I didn't go over all of the instructions, I put the glass comb in, and turned it on. I didn't know the nob controlled the intensity, I thought it was just a consistent intensity. It is not. I turned it on, put the comb to my head and got shocked. Rofl. Totally my fault. Now I know to test it on my hand first every time I turn it on, haha. It was very easy to use. I did the comb for my hair and the mushroom attachment for my face. Brushed my scalp for a good 10 minutes, then with the mushroom attachment, stayed in each area for 5 seconds. Did my whole face that way, then went back and just massaged my face with the wand. Note that you can smell the electricity coming from it. Just smells like static. It isn't unpleasant, but just so you're aware that there is a smell while using this device. I will come back in a couple weeks to update. It says to use it 2-4 times a week, I'll do every other day then come back and let you guys know if there has been any improvements for me thus far.

I was so excited for this purchase, I only bought this for the comb attachment and after 5 uses it stopped working. I followed all the troubleshooting steps listed on their manual and still nothing worked. I contacted the company and it’s just been a back and forth emailing asking for photos/order number and then they wanted a video… I couldn’t attach a video to my email (couldn’t figure it out) Seriously this faulty product didn’t work and I was just asking for a replacement but I should honestly return the whole thing and get my money back!!!!

I bought this to treat a cold sore. I used to go to a beautician for a treatment but it is hard to find onenow who uses a high-frequency light. I am very happy with the results. The wand is a good price-cheaper than going to a beautician- and easy to use. Tech support also was helpful.

Love the high frequency wand, noticed a difference the next day and super easy to use. I recommend using the lowest setting at first because it can shock you. Overall great product and amazing customer service.

It puts the gas right onto your skin or the CO2 and I have seen results after just using it for a week. I love it. Just put the tube in it, put your cosmetics on your face, turn it on and get it to the right strength that you feel good with and just use it all over. It really revitalizes your skin. I highly highly recommend this device. It was inexpensive and it came overnight. I can't say enough good things about it
