No more Dixie cups!
Works well! I used to use Dixie cups for this, but this is MUCH better. Use these to ice my arms when they're sore from repetitive use, and I've found that they refreeze nicely as I don't use the whole cup in one go. Easy to clean, and I really like that I don't have to waste any paper cups anymore.

Great for icing inflamed areas
Works perfect for its intended use. PT therapist uses and recommended for icing inflamed bicep tendon.As others said, it requires a flat, standalone area in freezer (fine if you have the room) and gets messy as it that's during use, but nothing a large towel under the area you are icing wont solve.For the price and 2x the product, it was well worth it to me..

Works well but a little difficult separating the two pieces
I love this concept! I would’ve given it five stars, but it was a little difficult separating the two pieces. I had to let the ice thaw for a few minutes. However, I love the convenience of this and the size of the ice. I have a torn meniscus in my knee & I need to ice it frequently. Definitely recommend this product for anybody with injuries that require icing.

Instant pain relief
Physical therapist introduced me to this. I have horrible pain in my knee from a fall. This is absolute magic! They told me focus on one area at a time until the skin is a little pink (about 10 minutes). Works far better for immediate relief than anything else I’ve tried for pain and swelling.

Very handy
These are what my physical therapy office uses and they work great! I hurt my hand and wrist in two falls and these help me do an ice massage on the area a few times each day. I like that I can have one in my freezer and use one for travel.

HARD TO SEPARATE
It's hard to separate the base from the cup after it is frozen. The ice has broken apart several times when trying to twist apart the two pieces. Have to pour hot water over it to separate the two parts. Also very messy with water dripping all over.
