Cooks up just like fresh peppers! Taste, texture, shelf life, nutrients, all 5/5. I stock up on this every chance I get because fresh bell peppers are just too darned expensive. Full of vitamin C. And you get about 40 medium-large bell peppers per can, so the size is nice too, though I wish they sold a double filled can, so it would be more space-efficient in my prepper pantry.I use this in soups, stews, marinara, salsa, powdered in my spice grinder to flavor hummus and salad dressings. It's excellent. Buy one if you haven't already, YOU WILL LOVE IT!

arrived undamaged, not sure why they are sent in such a big can when the peppers only fill half the can, the peppers taste good, have a long shelf life, but the warning on the back is a little off-putting, not sure if I would buy again

These must be added to water and soaked for about 13 minutes before use. Tastes great and doesn't go bad while waiting for your next use. I use the can opener that goes around the outside and the lid can be fit back into place, just under the white plastic lid. I found that it stays fresh much longer than directed this way. These peppers cook well in pasta sauce, they look good, and the texture is fine.

I use this for soups, stews, tacos, omlettes - it tastes great! I was always curious to try these freeze dried foods and so far I have no complaints. I'm no survivalist. I actually eat this stuff. It's worth it just for ease of use. I will definitely buy another one when this one is done.

Good quality but a little pricey for a can that is half-full at best. I don't know why they waste so much space by using such large cans and only filling them half-way like this. Put it in smaller cans that take less storage space from customers ore fill these up and charge accordingly.

I use this product for everything from omelets to meat loaf and spaghetti sauce. The only thing is the tiny bits would be more pleasing to the eye, if the peppers were more visible. The taste is there but the eye appeal is not.I think strips instead of bits would also fill the can space for an extra height, without the added weight.I purchased 4 of these to keep on my shelf at all times! Great product overall!
