does this work on 240volt?

I bought in UK and yes it’s a 240v Device with a UK plug.

How do you cook with this? Let the water get to the desired temp, then leave it alone?

Place the Inkbird WiFi sous vide into the water, please note the water must be no higher than the Max line and no lower than the Min line of the device, then plug in the power to turn on the device. 2. Put the food with vacuum packing into the water. Connect the slow cooker to your phone, then you can set your desire cooking time and temperature by 'Inkbird pro' or 'Inkbird plus' APP. 3. When it reaches your preset setting time, there will be a push notification and the device will ring. 4. Then you can turn off the slow cooker, enjoy your delicious food or continue cooking. Warm tips: The capacity of this sous vide is 5-15 liters, this device will stop automatically and alerts you when the water level is below the minimum.
