These work great for tie downs for a travel trailer awning to keep it from getting wind damaged. They are easily adjustable and the bright orange color makes them visible.

We use these for out hot tub. We live in an area that gets a lot of really high winds and we were advised during installation to use some sort of reinforcement instead of relying on just the straps that came on the cover. I didn’t want to mess with ratchet straps in the middle of winter, I thought cam straps would be quicker and easier. Also, with ratchet straps I risked someone over tightening them and damaging the spa cover. These were the only ones that I could find that had hooks on both ends that were long enough to go over the tub, down to the base on each side. They are quick as easy to loosen, and quick to latch back down. I tie the excess loosely so it can slide with the rest of the strap so I never have to remove it from the spa cover. We just had 60+ mph winds this week and the straps held firm, and the cover didn’t budge.Bought a four pack so I will have extras should anything happen to these, but with the quality, I foresee them lasting a long time.

Use these straps to tie down our jet ski on the boat lift during a hurricane. Worked great we still have the jet ski.

They were perfect for what I needed

I use these to tie down my kayak in the bed of my truck. With the S hooks, it is much quicker. I ordered these from Amazon because I couldn’t find the longer length I needed in the local stores. I simply cut off the excess that I didn’t use so it was tidy. I would buy again! Shipped quickly.

The cam lock does not lock when in tension. You place free hook strap through cam lock and pull it will not tighten unless you depress cam lock. If pull from the long strap side if pulls freely. It should be the other way around. Pull to tighten should be easy and in tension it should lock. Returned.Zero stars would be correct.Might be just mine but all four did the same thing. Had to use rope to tie tarp down for the storm.
