Is there an expiration date for Pike Place? The package only says use within a week of opening.

Coffee once opened should be used within 2 weeks if you have fresh beans. AFTER your grind it, you have the ground coffee that comes in the foil bag, keep it the bag or a cannister that does not allow light or moisture to get in and it will be fine for a long time. I doubt if most normal people would even notice a change even after 4-6 weeks. It can dry up or lose it oils if not kept contained... try it. I think you will be ok with it.
