It’s well support my neck during my trip to Florida! I usually feel sick when I take airplane but this time I felt less tired when I was wearing this pillow in the airplane. It's light and portable. So I give that for my boyfriend for his trip to England and he like it as well. He said he would like to takes it as a support when study in library

This thing is hilarious, it's almost like a joke. Super UNcomfortable and awkward, my husband and I were in tears we were laughing so hard about it. Super stiff, it's like a neck brace, you can't move at all (especially for someone my size, small woman) my husband is a size XL (big guy) and it's still super weird.

I sleep in a recliner due to injury , and I use his pillow set every night! It keeps my head from dropping or slouching. It is adjustable in all the ways advertised, and is easy to carry and clean.

I like this product, because my head does not loll to the side or straight down. I hate it when I head nods and I wake up. With his travel pillow, when I’m able to get to sleep, I stay asleep. I have use this on planes and trains. My friends were jealous of this unique pillow and wanted them for themselves. So I will be purchasing more!

Did not like, returned. If you have very short hair is okay, otherwise your hair is in there stuck on the velcro

If you are expecting the memory foam inserts to be like the Tempur-Pedic memory foam, you will dislike this. If you are looking for a way to support your head from moving from side to side, this will help in keeping your head straight. It is all dependent upon what you're looking for. If I wanted a stiff neck support, I would give this item 5 stars. If I wanted it to be like a Tempur-Pedic soft memory foam support, I would give this 1 start. I gave it 3 stars, since there aren't too many neck supports that have 3 movable neck support inserts.

This was my first experience with a travel pillow an this surpassed my expectations.. the extra lil "pillows "" that can be put where you want them,attached by velcro ,Great idea

I was very disappointed at how uncomfortable it was...it worked best rolled up inside the travel bag as a regular pillow. when the product is actually around your neck in the proper position, it feels like its choking your neck making it hard to breathe let alone sleep on the plane.
