Very happy with this slanted boat tire mount.
Used this to mount a spare tire on my factory Yamaha ls2000 jet boat trailer and it fits like a glove giving about 2" of clearance between the boat and tire. It came with the correct bolts and nuts and installation was a breeze with a impact wrench. Hardware was high quality, and I didn't need to. Wipe any burrs off. Mount is very sturdy! Would definitely buy again, highly recommended

Perfect Bracket for Yamaha Jetboat Trailer
Seems like a high quality tire mount. I used it on my new Yamaha AR190 trailer, and the tire fits really well under the bow, no risk of hitting it with the boat. Instructions were short and sweet but had all the information needed. The tire lugs can be moved into a few different spots, but they came in the right spot for a standard 14 inch trailer wheel. Note that it is angled to fit under the bow of a ski boat.

Best trailer spare tire mount I found
This is a fantastic spare tire carrier. Its components are strong and the design worked perfect for my fishing boat trailer (trailer is 18.5 feet long and boat is 16 feet long). When watching a friend of mine pull his bass fishing boat out of the water, I noticed his spare tire rubbed on the ramp. He had the kind of mount that is just two "U" shaped threaded bolts. This means the tire was mounted on center with his trailer frame; far too low for my comfort. So, I wanted something that would mount the tire higher and far enough away from the hull of the boat. I looked at several different kinds of spare tire mounts and found this one to be the best designed product. It raises the tire up a few inches and angels it away from the hull with plenty of clearance when I am trying to drive my boat on the trailer. It does have a hole that looks like it will work for locking a tire down, but not sure if that is what the hole was intended for. I instead opted to use a bicycle cable lock to secure the spare to the trailer frame. I did make one modification to this item. If you look at the product picture, you see two holes at the top of the trailer frame mounting bracket which are the primary holes for the bolts. These made the mount hang about two inches lower than I liked. Therefore, I measured the bolts from the bottom most holes and drilled two new top holes that were a little lower than the original top holes. This raised up the assembly to a level I felt would prevent any chance of the spare tire rubbing on the boat launches. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone who has 14" or smaller spare tires for their boat trailer. It may fit larger tires, but I have not tried it.

Set up perfectly and is secure and safe.
This was exactly what I was looking for. It fits my trailer perfectly and is extremely secure. I like the tilted mount as this is mounted on my boat trailer and it provides extra clearance so there is no risk of the spare tire ever making contact with the boat. It comes with a full set of hardware that allows multiple ways to set the mount up and it will mount on a variety of trailers. I can fully recommend this mount if you are looking for a spare tire mount for your trailer. It costs a bit more than some of the other generic brands but it has no cons whatsoever and is worth the extra $10 or so.

Could be an Excellent Item
A very nice heavy duty spare tire holder. Not being an expert on these, I would think it would fit a 4 bolt rim with zero modifications. Since the bolt holes are not on 4” centers, have the choice of sending back or “ re-drilling a hole… not very happy the fabricator’s tolerance were so far off and one of the holes was located over the mounting frame. Generally, the product’s I’ve bought in the past were extremely good, such as their boat trailer steps.

Angled boat spare tire mount
Installed on my 2001 Lund Pro V for spare tire mount. Easy to install and the angle works for the shape of my boat. I also was able to lock this to the trailer to avoid theft. Good overall value for the money!

Very well built and Sturdy! Hard installation.
Well built and very sturdy! Really like the angle it holds the spare tire. Leaves plenty of clearance for the boat. Only issue is if you have a 6 lug wheel like me, you will have to change the bolt pattern. The holes for 6lug are already predrilled but the bolts are a pain to work with. They will easily pop out with a hammer but you need a shop press to get them into the holes. If you're like me though, a dremel and a hammer is all you'll need. I filed the holes a little bit, and filed the groove teeth on the bolts a little bit too. And with some PB Blaster or WD-40 and a hammer they went right in! with some force! Holds very well still. Of course if you have a shop hydraulic press at hand, none of this would be an issue! 😅

Great fit, easy to install and sturdy! Love the angle the tire gets with this mount along the boat hull (mounted it on a boat trailer)

Good welds, nice playing job, good hardware. Maybe just me but I added my own lock washers and lock tite. U-bolts included are for 3” or 4” high frames, bear in mind if you have other size you’ll have to order or find suitable u-bolts. .

The mount fit very well and was a 5 minute install. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is I haven't been out on the road with it as yet.

Have been having a very hard time finding an offset mount for my tire, mainly due to the pattern, 6 bolt w/ 5.5oc. I’ve ordered and returned a few that said they fit 6 bolt wheels, but not mine. This one is perfect! Finally!!!
