They are closed at the bottom. Seal completely. I’m using for off season clothing & store my wrapping paper tubes!

Is there any printing or stickers or disclaimer labels on the bags

Disclaimers for what? They are garment bags for clothes. No printing, stickers, or warnings, if that is what you mean. They are odorless and I assume safe, unless you plan to eat them.

Do these include hangers?

No hangers are included. But I love the bags.
