Once opened, and if stored properly- no excessive heat or exposure to direct sunlight, the product is effective for 3 years.

Is this the same as Zerotol 2.0?

No Zero-tol HC is 5% , 2.0 is 31% I believe otherwise the same ingredients

Is it concentrated or ready to use? If concentrated, how many gallons of mixed solution does this make?

It is concentrated. A typical foliar or equipment disinfection calls for 0.8oz per gallon. That being said it lasts a long time depending on your use. I imagine if one were treating multiple water reservoirs and such it may go a little quicker.

What’s the other % content. I’m assuming it’s water?? Looking for clarification though

Probably the majority. About 6.7 % is active ingredients and the rest is described as inert. You will have to ask the manufacture the exact composition of the "inert", as there may be something other than water
