I bought this mug as a gift and was very happy with it, as was the recipient. The packaging is also very nice. The gift box is very sturdy and the included card is a nice tough. It's not an oversized mug like so many are, and I was happy about that, too. I had to order twice because the first gift box arrived from Amazon empty. I contacted customer service and got a replacement the next day, which was appreciated because of it being a gift. I would buy this again for myself.

The packaging makes it look like a million dollars. I love that they enclose a little gift card reminder that you are magic! And it is bone china, quality imprint and dishwasher safe! What's not to love? Thinking of getting another for a friend.

This cup is so pretty and dainty. I’m giving it as a gift and the beautiful box it comes in makes it just that extra special.

The box was damaged but the mug itself was perfect. Well packaged in the box. So even if the box is damaged the mug can still be undamaged. The mug is alittle smaller then expected for the price could of been alittle bigger.

Refined! It comes wrapped in a personalized box too. And it comes with a gift card! Very complete. Warm gift!
