As ordered and on time, easy to install

This power supply is smaller than most PC builds of today. A somewhat tight fight. But if you look carefully, just one side panel is removable (not the other side), as it gives you access to the component side of the motherboard and everything on it. After studying it for while, certain cables and wiring is held in place by a foldable metal hoop in the lower right hand corner. Just lift it up and back to determine which cables are NOT those of the power supply. Then remove the front plastic piece by the plastic clips (side panel off). Then loosen and swing out the optical drive like a door. Don't take off. Take drive cables off down you basically do the same to the exposed C hard drive. Once Power cables are free & clear, remove the 4 screws on outside back, use a short screwdriver to press down on small plate allows you to push pwer supply back and easy to take out. Reverse to reassemble.

It works! However 1) It does not have the green LED light which the original HP Power Supply had. The green LED was the main source if identification that Power Supply went faulty, 2) The original HP Power Supply had a selector switch for selecting the input power (110VAC or 230VAC) - however this does not have. So, I am just assuming that it would be the board range (100 to 240VAC?). I used 110VAC though, which worked.
