Subtle and Understated
I had a locking pin with a bent end in chrome. It rattled and shook when bouncing along, even just up and down driveways and curbs and was highly visible. When I am not towing, I have a tow hitch cover on there, and I really didn't like the large bent chrome pin being so visible. This hitch lock pin is awesome because you hardly notice its there, same color as the hitch assembly and doesn't stick out both sides very far. The only drawback I note is when locking it, the pin tends to roll around, and its not easy to get both hands on either side of the pin to stabilize while turning the key. Put some pressure on the pin by pulling out the hitch cover does the trick though. Would recommend this product highly.

Too short to fit a 2022 Tacoma
Great quality but too short to fit a 2022 Toyota Tacoma with OEM hitch. Does not fit the Tacoma OEM hitch. Needs to be about 1/4 longer.

Work Well
Had this locked on my truck for 3 years securing a step bumper to the trailer hitch. I gave the lock and the step bumper to a friend after I sold the truck. We both like how it holds up to weather and two-legged varmints. A nice lock for the price.

Very secure
It has protected my towbar from theft several times. However, after five years it the locking mechanism jammed up and needed to be grinded off.
