Can i connect to my mac mini through usb?

I don't believe it allows the USB to be used as an external audio device. It allows you to connect a usb storage device and play music directly from it in various formats. You can download the manual creative.com If you wish to connect to a Mac mini you'd have to use the 3.5mm audio port, plugged into the headphone port on the Mac mini, or connect via Bluetooth (which may cause some lag in audio)

What is the length of the 3.5mm aux cable and USB cable?

There is no USB cable supplied. The USB port is for a mass storage device (I have music on mine). Hope this helps. I think an audio cable was included along with the power cable and speaker connectivity stuff. I checked this with Creative's quick start guide, and that seems to be the case However, an optical cable is not included. Most 3.5mm audio cables are 2metres in length which is pretty standard. It's dead easy to get hold of an extension cable for that if you need one and they are not expensive

Can you use ordinary headphones with a 3.5 plug instead of using Bluetooth ones

Yes. I use both Bluetooth and a 3.5mm jack. Just use the remote (or the top of the right hand speaker) to switch between the options
