The First Years Take and Toss Snack Containers with Lids, 4.5 Ounce (Pack of 6)

I first bought these with my 7 year old. Still going strong with the newest baby. Things I love include1. Storage--Along with the sippy cups, these stack really well. You can store dozens of these in a very small space. Not so with most kids lids.2. Size-perfect for small snacks, baby food, or just for a little bowl to keep in your bag.3. Flexibility as a baby sippy--If you put the sippy lids from the bigger cups onto these little 4.5 bowls, they turn into a small sippy cup that is easy for a young baby to handle. My 7 month old can handle this sippy much easier than the larger, heavier "first" sippy cups they try to sell you. Fits perfectly in her little hands and she can get liquid out easily. They are not "leak proof" but for table time or just water, I'm fine with that.4. Durable. Though they are cheap enough to toss but are sturdy enough to keep. Dishwasher safe too.5. Parents can use them too. Hubby takes his trail mix in them, and I've been known to eat a small bowl of ice cream out of them. Mummy-tummy portion control ;-)6. Price-cheap enough that I can toss several in my bag, my car, or leave at the grandparents and always have a cup/bowl handy when I need it. And if we lose them, no big deal. They were a great price.They are so handy, I usually pick up a new pack every year or so to add to my stash.

I really like the sizing and colors of this product. Wouldn't put anything super saucy or wet in them, but perfect for small desserts, chips etc. Am debating on buying another set of these!I have bought two more sets and I am still not disappointed. Very happy with this purchaseI DID buy two more sets of these, and have more to say! The first set came in orange, red and yellow, while the two most recent sets I've gotten were blue green and yellow. Still very happy with this product two months later with use 5 days a week, and been through the dishwasher. Again I wouldn't put anything with a thinner liquid, as it doesn't seem like itd be 100% leak free. With that being said they DO keep snacks and chips fresh for lunch and trips out. They hold up in the microwave well and after many washes the lids still fit tight yet loose enough for my four year old to get them off.Perfect size for my own small snacks or a good portioning cup for kids lunchbox! I do still recommend this item.

These are perfect for on the go and childcare. They are light yet sturdy, dishwasher safe and also decently air tight. They also stack well when empty, making it easy when we travel with additional cups to hold leftover cookies. Each cup is a good single serving size, making it very convenient for snack and lunch bags for our older one. Our younger baby just started on solids transition and I use these to hold cereal. His childcare caregiver and I finds it really convenient as she can mix the cereal and serve immediately without needing another bowl. The cup is a good size for anyone hold with 1 hand.These snack cups are also recyclable if you do plan to "toss". They are no. 5 PP which is acceptable in most curbside recycling programs, at least by us in Houston.There was certainly no tossing by my kids and I after multiple uses!

First, these are really sturdy for the price; even a bit better than the little ziploc containers. Looking at the pictures, I wrongly assumed that I would be getting a variety of colored pots with matching lids. What I received was one matching yellow set. I also received 3 blue pots & 2 green pots. No blue or green lids...instead I got 2 orange and 3 red lids. If you and your children are whimsical & like mismatching stuff, these are a great buy. If however, you like things to match, you'll probably want to skip this purchase. I have one child that won't touch anything blue and another who has to have everything match. Not worth the hassle of returning.***I've had these for almost a year now and thought I would give an update. First, I'm going to change from the 3 stars that I originally gave, to 5 stars. I'm pretty much over the not matching thing. The fact is, they have held up amazingly well. I purchased two more sets after my first review. I use them for my kids lunches. They have held mandarin oranges in juice, crackers, meat and cheese, all without spilling. Their lunch boxes are designed so that they sit upright, but kids are rough and I see them toppled over at the bus stop and who knows how they are abused and tossed around after they get on the bus. And yet, no leaks. I have washed them in the dishwasher (top shelf, in a plastic sorter), I have hand washed them. They are still bright, unfaded, unscratched. In fact, no damage at all. I'd enthusiastically recommend these.

Cute and colorful. You get an assorted array of colored lids and containers. Mismatched but bright and adorable.Nice size. Bigger than the smallest cup in my Gladware set. Perfect size for toddler snacks. Seals great and keeps cookies, crackers, cereals fresh and crunchy. I've used for sauces and other liquids with no leaks.They washes up easily. I wash by hand or run them through the dishwasher, top rack. When washed in the dish washer, water gets trapped in the lip and sometimes the lids and containers get spotty from mineral deposits in the water, which I experience with all my plastic containers so it is not a big issue.Overall, these are convenient and well-priced. I don't blow a gasket when my kids loose them or forget them at school.

Son fantásticos. Los uso un montón. Súper baratos y duraderos. Los puedes tirar pero yo los reutilizo. Me gustan porque los llevo a los viajes y en las loncheras sin preocuparme por si vuelven o no. Los uso para TODO. Recuerdo en un viaje que usé la tacita para echarle agua en el cabello a mi bebé en la tina.

These are absolutely brilliant. I first bought these when my son was about 1 years old, he’s now nearly 4 and I’m still using them daily. I mostly use them to store batch cooked meals in such as bologanise or vegetable casserole as they hold the perfect amount. Means I can quickly defrost and add sweet potato or pasta and fresh veg. But I also use for his lunchbox and for snacks when we’re out and about. Have even used them for my own snacks at work too!From a quality and durability perspective they’re great too. They don’t leak (I’ve used them for sour cream to go on my chilli for lunch at work!), they’ve lasted with weekly rounds in the dishwasher and the size has also worked well for us over 3 years despite my son’s portion sizes increasing in that time (I just use more of the pot now). Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

These are wonderful, a nice tight seal once the lid is on. They are not as flimsy as a take away container, I am sure they can be reused many times. They are perfect for little servings of popcorn, pasta, cut up fruit or veggies.
